All Rutheny Jewelry pieces are made by hand, one at a time. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom commissions and personalized pieces are final sale.
